14 Day Returns

Return Conditions:

At GD Jewelry, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the following guidelines for returning items:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving our package.
  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

  • GD Jewelry accepts returns for items that are defective, damaged, or do not match the order placed by the customer.
  • Customers must notify GD Jewelry of any issues within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • GD Jewelry will cover the return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Personal Preference Returns:

  • Returns due to personal preference, such as dislike or incorrect size, are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for personal preference returns.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or are not in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact will not be accepted for return.
  • Items that have been modified, engraved, or resized may not be returned.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please send an email to customerservice@jewelrygd.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, item details, photos and reason for return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and the address.

Return Shipping:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
  • GD Jewelry is not liable for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions:

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above may be subject to refusal or restocking fees.
